One small lock per day, one riddle each: a word, a number, arrows or colours. Behind each, a small surprise; behind day 24, the big one.
Set each lock to open on its date. Before then, the lock shows only "This experience has not opened yet." No date, no countdown, nothing to peek at.
Send each day's link on the day, or hand over all 24 at once, since each one opens only on its date. Unlock alerts tell you when a day is opened.

Nothing on the screen is fixed. Pick a theme, choose a filmed object that fidgets while the lock holds and opens on video, with sound, when the code is right, then a celebration for the moment it opens. Set the typeface and size, and end on your own reveal. Your players see exactly the screen you designed.

Yes. Nothing is deleted when Pro ends: the locks that need Pro stop opening, and come back when you take Pro again. Change the riddles and the dates and they are ready for next December. A single lock can also be duplicated on every plan, within the plan's number of locks; duplicating a whole multi-step game is Pro.
