Team building challenge
Team building challenge is a two-lock puzzle game nobody can solve alone: each teammate reads one clue to find the switch order, then the team rebuilds a four-note chord. It plays from one link on everyone's phone and is planned as a session of about 45 minutes.

Questions about this template
- Why can nobody solve it alone?
- The first lock splits its answer into three clues, one per teammate, and only the three together give the full order. The second lock needs the notes revealed by the first. Anyone who goes solo gets a polite refusal message.
- Do we need a musician on the team?
- No. The chord step says to put the notes from lowest to highest, with Do at both ends and the other two in scale order. Knowing Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol is enough, and the hint names the notes.
- Can I use it to onboard new hires?
- Yes. Swap the clues for facts about the company or the team, so new starters have to ask colleagues to find them. Every question, answer and reveal can be changed, even after the link is shared.
- Is this template free?
- Playing it and editing it in the builder are free for everyone. Publishing it with its paid options needs an Event Pass or Pro; remove them at Publish and it goes live on the free plan, for good.
- Can I change the answers and the texts?
- Yes. Every code, clue, hint and reward opens in the builder, and nothing is saved until you publish.
- What do players need?
- A phone or a computer with a browser. They open your link or scan your QR code, and never create an account.
- How long does it take to play?
- About 45 minutes, from the first lock to the reward.
