You lock the answer, pink or blue, behind a question or a code, and send one link to the family. Everyone opens it on their phone, guesses, and the box opens on the colour, with a celebration. It works across continents, the same second for everyone, and the lock keeps the secret until then.
Can I put a video or a photo behind the lock?
Yes. The reveal can be a message, a photo, a video, a voice note, or several of them. A free account publishes a text or a photo reveal; an Event Pass adds the theme, the filmed box and your own pictures, and removes the small Lock Challenge line.
Does the lock expire?
